Our Story

Adath Jeshurun Congregation, established in 1916 by primarily European immigrants, was chartered on February 15,1918, as an Orthodox place of worship. The Cemetery was acquired as consecrated ground for remembrance. Over time, Adath Jeshurun Cemetery has become a preferred choice for those seeking quality and the assurance that they and their loved ones will be treated with respect and dignity. In 2022, Margaretta Interfaith Cemetery was launched to provide a burial space for Interfaith families alongside loved ones. The serene, park setting has served generations as a final resting place. A full-time Operations Director manages the property's daily maintenance and security, including landscaping and safety. Our caretaker is present on-site 24/7 to ensure security and peace of mind for our families.
